Displays & Visualization
HMI panels and operator displays for machine control, process visualization, and signal indication. Capacitive or resistive touch on TFT screens, often combined with a CODESYS V3 PLC runtime for combined control and visualization tasks. Used at the machine, in switch cabinets, and on cleanable enclosures in food and beverage lines.
The bulk of the assortment comes from the TX700 family with metal housing, glass front, and capacitive touch, scaling across 5", 7", 10", 15", and 21" diagonals. Lower-cost variants are covered by TX100 and TX800, while Turck supplies a large share of compact indicator and signal-tower products.
Supply is predominantly 24 VDC. The most common minimum supply ratings are 20 VDC, 20.4 VDC, 22 VDC, and 23 VDC. Power draw scales with screen size: typical values are 6 W for small panels, 22.08 W for mid-size diagonals, and 31.08 W for larger ones.
Ambient ratings reflect the deployment site: switch-cabinet builds run at 0 …+50 °C, machine-mounted versions at -20 …+50 °C, and outdoor or unconditioned environments at -40 …+50 °C. For wash-down zones and field installation, the TXF700 series ships fully sealed to IP67.
Special variants include sunlight-readable 10" panels for outdoor stations, F&B builds with stainless-friendly fronts, and CODESYS V3 with TARGET and WEB VISU for browser-based remote access. Wiring options cover 3-core, 5-core, and 8-core cables in lengths of 0.5 m, 2 m, and 3 m.
