Reflectors & Optics
Reflectors and add-on optics complement photoelectric sensors and light barriers and often decide how far and how accurately the sensor sees.
Corner-cube reflectors send the beam back parallel and are used in retro-reflective barriers in warehouses, high-bay racks, and gate entrances. Larger diameters push the range to 20 meters and beyond.
Reflective tape and adhesive strips cover larger surfaces and protect personnel-safety zones in work areas and robot cells. They can be applied to curved or moving surfaces.
Deflection mirrors bend the beam path for tight installation situations, for example in compact packaging and assembly machines with limited space.
Front lenses increase range or narrow the spot for edge detection and register-mark reading in print and paper.
Polarizing reflectors also handle shiny metal parts and transparent bottles on beverage and pharma filling lines. They deliver a cleaner signal than standard reflectors, especially with heterogeneous products.
