Vibration Sensors
Vibration sensors detect mechanical oscillation on motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes, typically combined with surface temperature measurement for condition monitoring. Output is delivered as an analog 4…20 mA loop or via IO-Link for parameter access. Installation is on bearing housings, machine feet, or directly on the rotating asset.
Most units in the assortment cover an ambient range of -40 …+85 °C, with a smaller group rated -25 …+85 °C for less demanding installations. A dedicated process measuring range of -25 …70 °C applies to the temperature channel on combined units.
Beyond pure vibration probes, the catalog includes combined vibration-and-temperature heads for condition monitoring, magnetic field sensors, humidity probes, and an inline analog-to-IO-Link converter. Two devices use the RS485 interface with Modbus RTU for direct integration into PLC or SCADA buses without an IO-Link master.
Pricing clusters in the lower half 82.8 to 283.6 EUR, with frequent price points at 142 EUR, 195 EUR, 199 EUR, and 236 EUR; higher-end units reach the upper bracket up to 484.4 EUR.
Available interfaces span IO-Link, 4…20 mA, and RS485/Modbus RTU, including dual-output variants that provide IO-Link plus an analog channel on the same device. Turck supplies a share of the condition monitoring heads in this category.
