Mounting Hardware
Mounting hardware connects sensors and actuators to machine frames, control cabinets, and field housings. The category covers flange connectors, panel feedthroughs, brackets, and cordsets used to route signal and power between field devices and the control level. Typical use is in machine building, conveyor lines, and cabinet wiring where pre-assembled interfaces shorten installation time.
The dominant interface in this assortment is M12, used for power and signal feedthroughs in front-wall and rear-wall mounting variants. Pole counts cluster at 4 +PE and 5 +PE for combined power and protective earth.
Conductor configurations span 3 cores, 4 cores, 5 cores, 8 cores, and 12 cores at AWG14-equivalent cross sections. Rated voltages of 63 V cover signal-level wiring; 630 V variants are available for power feedthroughs.
Pigtail lengths concentrate at 0.5 m, with shorter 0.2 m and 0.3 m tails for tight cabinet routing and longer 1 m, 1.5 m, and 2 m options for distributed I/O. Manufacturers in stock include Turck and IPF.
Ambient ratings cover -30 …+85 °C for standard industrial use and -40 …+85 °C for outdoor and cold-storage installations. Front-wall and rear-wall flange variants ship pre-wired, eliminating field termination on the cabinet side.
